Mastery of Nature is ok but it fails to compare to some other AP's like executive vigor, one vision, or tech ascendancy. Maybe empires that take Mastery of Nature should be able to get access to decisions that add planet modifiers like Tidally Locked World, hazardous weather, et cetera.I upgraded an ocean world 3 times with expanded planetary sea and also upgraded the size further with mastery of nature, yet mastery of nature had no effect on the size even though it shows up in the planetary info card. Am I missing something or is this a bug?
