November 6, 2022 - The dealership service center discovered that the starter was pulling too many amps due to an internal short in the starter. It blew the 350 amp fuse and fuse block! It apparently had nothing to do with the ESC dash display. I was past the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty so the repair cost ~$1,000 for a new starter and fuse block.Answered.
