Here are the operations to be performed on the sub-chassis: 1. Note the orientation of the 2 belts and remove them. 2. Remove the 2 screws retaining the reel motor ('A'), then, remove the reel motor and rebuild it (discussed in another thread). When complete, reinstall the reel motor. 3.Obvious differences are the lack of balanced outputs, and the volume control (on mine, anyway) is a bit noisy when actuated. No numerical digital display of the volume, like the C-35. I got mine for a little over $500, and I am thrilled with its performance!
