Swim Teams. The YMCA of Rock River Valley offer two competitive swim teams focused on the development of all ages and abilities. Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers' skill level, endurance and to promote a healthy lifestyle. Our programs embrace the YMCA core values and promote progression at an individual level. To streamline costs, we are launching a new overnight process at the Puri Family YMCA. Starting January 2, 2024, members who want overnight access to the Puri Family YMCA will incur an additional $10/month in membership dues. Additionally, we will not have a staff member onsite during the overnight hours.
